Why Visit the Cameron Park Zoo?

The Cameron Park Zoo is located in beautiful Cameron Park (a destination of its own) along the Brazos River. This award-winning Waco Zoo has over a dozen exhibit areas featuring habitats from around the world. They also frequently offer special events and kid’s activities.

What Can You Expect to See & Do at the Cameron Park Zoo?

  • Visit the animals as you explore the themed habitats from around the world. 
  • Cool off at Grammy Nell’s (play area and spray ground.) 
  • Have lunch at the Plaza Cafe or Tree Tops Cafe. 
  • Find the perfect souvenir in the zoo gift shop

Tips for Visitors:

You may bring your own food inside (excluding alcohol, glass, plastic straws and lids.)

Parking is free.

The Grammy Nell’s area is a playground and splash pad. You may want to bring a towel or change of clothes.
