Dino Walk

The Dino Walk is a looped trail with an impressive number of life-sized dinosaurs. Walking the path really allows you to imagine what it would have looked like when these imposing creatures roamed the earth.

Museum and Animatronics

The museum is indoors and features a long winding corridor of fossils and other artifacts on exhibit. Then, you are treated to around 20 animatronic dinosaurs in various settings.

Boneyard

The Boneyard is a giant sandbox where kids can uncover a prehistoric skeleton. It’s in a sheltered area with lots of shade.

Playground and Picnic Area

The dino-themed playground area is roomy with plenty of places to picnic. We visited during the warmer part of the year, and they had misters running under the awnings to help keep kids cool. Dinosaur World allows you to bring in your own coolers and food.

Gem Mine & Fossil Dig

The Gem Mine and Fossil Dig are additional attractions you can add to your entry ticket. Pricing can be found here

Gift Shop

The gift shop is well-stocked with a large selection of dinosaur toys and souvenirs.

Tips for Visitors:

  • Parking is free.
  • Friendly dogs (on a leash) are welcome everywhere except the indoor museum.
  • The park is over 20 acres. You will likely need 2- 4 hours to explore everything.
  • There are plenty of picnic areas in the shade and they encourage you to bring your own food and drinks if you’d like. There is a vending machine with drinks available too.
